The Net Asset Value per share of Bayport Management Limited ("BML") as at 30
June 2014 was USD9.3314. This communique is pursuant to the Listing Rule 11.3 as
per the Listing Rules issued by the Stock Exchange of Mauritius ("SEM").

This notice is for information purposes only and is not an invitation to the
