Elizabeth's more than 15 years of professional human resources experience is a timely addition to the executive staff of Coastal Flow as all divisions are experiencing unprecedented growth in business and personnel. As HR Director, Ms. Wojtowicz will be integrally involved in the continued development of the firm's corporate vision and strategic planning, including policies and procedures, while creating an infrastructure for growth and stability, providing opportunities to advance employee skills, and, by direct extension, increasing value to customers.

Ms. Wojtowicz joins Coastal Flow following recent positions as HR Director of an electrical engineering firm with approximately 200 employees and Manager of a payroll and Administrative Services Organization with over 12,000 employees. She has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Central Michigan University and is pursuing a Master of Science in Strategic Leadership from Walsh College in Troy, Michigan. Mrs. Wojtowicz will work from Coastal Flow's corporate headquarters in Houston, Texas.
