About ERISA Pros:
ERISA Pros provides ERISA reporting and disclosure consulting and compliance services, such as Form 5500 preparation and electronic filing, and prepares wrap Plan Documents and SPDs for Welfare Benefit Plans including employer sponsored group life, medical, dental, and disability insurance plans.
ERISA Pros' proprietary Wrap-Tight compliance and document system allows employers to save money by preparing and adopting a single wrap plan that covers all of their benefit plans. This means that employers only need to file one Form 5500 and distribute a single SPD, Summary Annual Report (SAR), and Summary of Material Modifications (SMM). If amendments are required in response to legislative or regulatory changes, employers only need to make changes to one document, rather than for each separate component benefit plan. ERISA Pros also sponsors the ERISA Wonk, a blog dedicated to ERISA and welfare benefit plans.
