Rights on VTG Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 10, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 2.98% (this corresponds to 638129 Voting Rights).

On July 16, 2014, Morton Holdings, Inc., Wilmington, DE, USA has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on VTG Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen
below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 10, 2014 and on that
day amounted to 2.98% (this corresponds to 638129 Voting Rights). 2.98% of
Voting Rights (this corresponds to 638129 Voting Rights) are attributed to
the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of
the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).

Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on VTG
Aktiengesellschaft, Hamburg, Deutschland, have fallen below the 3%
threshold of the Voting Rights on July 10, 2014 and on that day amounted to
2.98% (this corresponds to 638129 Voting Rights). 2.98% of Voting Rights
(this corresponds to 638129 Voting Rights) are attributed to Mr Korsant in
accordance with Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG
(German Securities Trading Act).
