"Larger offices were required by the growth in our firm's investment and portfolio development activities," said Second Alpha Managing Partner Richard Brekka. Second Alpha also announced that Case Carpenter has joined the firm. Previously, Case was in the Secondary Advisory Group of Houlihan Lokey, where he worked on a variety of transactions including hedge fund recapitalizations and the sale of portfolios of private equity secondaries, hedge fund secondaries and insurance derivatives.
