George, chairman and chief executive officer of Healthcare Solutions, has decided to transition his current responsibilities as chief executive officer while continuing in his role as chairman of the board. In conjunction with this decision, Joe Boures, Healthcare Solutions' president and chief operating officer, has been appointed as Healthcare Solutions' new president and CEO effective August 1, 2014.
George has served as Healthcare Solutions' chief executive officer since 2006. Under his leadership the company has evolved from a prominent pharmacy benefit management company to a market leader in the delivery of product and service offerings across the entire medical spectrum in both the workers' compensation and auto insurance markets.

(SRS), a subsidiary of The Hartford Financial Services Group, which was acquired by Sedgwick Claims Management Services. As president, he oversaw all facets of the SRS operations, including business development, account management and field operations.
In his current role as president and COO of Healthcare Solutions, Boures provides oversight for the company's operational, financial, account management, marketing, legal and IT services.
