Nordecon AS announces that on 16 July 2014 the transactions deriving from the service performance and option agreement signed between Nordecon AS, arranger of the option plan Raidla Lejins & Norcous Advokaadibüroo OÜ and its subsidiary established for the implementation of the option plan, Veratrum OÜ were performed, whereby Nordecon AS acquired the shares issued under the option plan and maintains these shares as own shares for the implementation of the option plan.
