its Voting Rights on Bayer Aktiengesellschaft, Leverkusen, Germany, have
fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 15, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 4.99% (this corresponds to 41277449 Voting Rights).
4.99% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 41277449 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
