Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Investment GmbH, Frankfurt/Main,
Germany, has informed us according to section 21 (1) of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights in zooplus AG, Munich, Germany, have exceeded the
3% threshold of the Voting Rights on July 18, 2014 and on that day amounted
to 4.23% (269,158 Voting Rights).

Of these Voting Rights, 0.27% (17,000 Voting Rights) are attributed to
Deutsche Asset & Wealth Management Investment GmbH, pursuant to section 22
(1) sentence 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
