Oslo Børs has decided to delist the shares of EMS Seven Seas ASA and the last day of trading will be July 25, 2014. Consequently, trading in shares admitted to trading on the First North NOK segment at NASDAQ OMX Stockholm AB is to cease.

The last day of trading is July 25, 2014.
