Nokian Tyres: Disclosure under chapter 2, section 10 of the securities market act

Nokian Tyres has received a notification from EuroPacific Growth Fund on 25 February 2014, according to which the total holding of EuroPacific Growth Fund in Nokian Tyres plc fell below 5% as a result of a share transaction concluded on 23 July 2014.
