JSC “Riga Electric Machine Building Works” informs that in accordance to the decision of annual general meeting that took place on June 27, 2014 to denominate share nominal value from lats to euro, the denomination date is set on August 01, 2014.
The Articles of association are registered within Commercial registry on July 21, 2014.
The new Articles of association:
Clause 3.1 The share capital of the Company amount to EUR 8 118 607 (eight million one hundred eighteen thousand six hundred seven euros).
Clause 4.3 The nominal value of one share EUR 1,40 (one euro forty eurocents).
