Daugavpils, 2014-07-25 15:13 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On 26 March 2014 the Company disclosed information that within the framework of the sub-activity 2.3.2.2.2 “Support for investment into creation or renovation of production facilities” of the addendum to the Operational Programme “Entrepreneurship and Innovations” the Company submitted to LIAA an appropriate project and signed an appropriate contract on its implementation with LIAA..
After signing the contract there have been procurement procedures performed.
Further to the above information, the Company informs that the procurement procedures are finished and in their result the winner has been determined. There has been a positive opinion received from LIAA on the conformity of the conduct of the procurement procedures with requirements of legal acts.
Based on the above, on 25 July 2014 the Company entered into an appropriate work contract for execution of works prescribed within the framework of the project with the winner determined in the procurement SIA „Ditton Būve”, unified reg.No.LV41503029738. The sum of the contract amounts to EUR 2 750 704,42 without VAT.
