Skanska sells Green House office project in Budapest, Hungary, for EUR 36 M, about SEK 323 M


Skanska sells Green House office building in Budapest, Hungary, to the Hungarian
open-ended property fund Torony Real Estate Investment Fund managed by Diófa
Fund Management, a member of FHB Group. The value of the transaction is EUR 36
M, about SEK 323 M. The transaction will be recorded in the third quarter of
2014 and the transfer of the property is also scheduled for the third quarter of
2014.
Green House is Skanska’s sixth office investment in Budapest. The building is
situated in the center of Budapest and offers 17,800 square meters of leasable
office space. Green House was completed in December 2012 and currently up to 95
percent of the building is leased to well-established international tenants such
as Avis Budget Group, MSCI and ABB.

The FIABCI World Prix d’Excellence Awards 2014 World Gold Winner and CEE Green
Building awarded Green House is the only LEED Platinum certified office building
in Hungary. The landmark project offers a unique atmosphere, friendly working
environment, beautiful garden, variety of in-house services and a proven cost
efficient green operation.
