Werner Kühn appointed to the Management Board of Caverion Corporation

Mr. Werner Kühn (55) has been appointed as Group Executive Vice President and CEO of Division Germany and member of the Group Management Board of Caverion Corporation. Mr. Kühn will start in his new position on February 1, 2015 at the latest. He will report to the President and CEO Fredrik Strand.

Werner Kühn is moving to Caverion from Tyco Fire & Security, Germany, where he has worked as General Manager and Managing Director since 2012. He has over 15 years of experience from managing director and executive positions internationally and nationally. He has previously held positions such as Vice President EMEA Avocent at Emerson Network Power, Director Sales & Marketing Europe at Proficiency Inc., Chief Research Officer in HTCS-International, Vice President of UC-Networks and General Manager of Azlan, Europe’s largest network and security distributor.

Karl-Walter Schuster, current head of Caverion’s Division Germany (acting) will continue until when Mr. Kühn will take up his position. After that Mr Schuster’s will fully concentrate on his permanent role as head of Project Excellence business area.
