Kforce Inc. Announces Quarterly Dividend


TAMPA, Fla., July 28, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Kforce Inc. (Nasdaq:KFRC), a provider of professional staffing services and solutions, today announced that that on Friday, July 25, 2014, its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on Kforce common stock of $0.10 per share. The cash dividend will be payable September 26, 2014 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 12, 2014.
