The insolvency claim for JSC „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” is refused
JSC „Rīgas kuģu būvētava” (RKB) is satisfied about the decision of the insolvency case for today, 29th of July to refuse the request of the enterprise "Marvels LTD" at Riga City North District Court decision to excite against the „RKB” the insolvency as also in connection with the arrived at out-of-court settlements has finished the civil actions with such enterprises as "Vagan" Ltd., "Abicur Industrial" Ltd. and "Dvarss" Ltd.
In May insolvencies were already finished poured, what were excited after the requests of another enterprises.
Thus court decisions confirm already beforehand the point of view expressed by „RKB” that insolvency requests given by subcontractors are causeless, „RKB” is financially and economically stable enterprise but there still remains the economic dispute between the factory and separate subcontractors.
