Riga, 2014-07-30 08:15 CEST (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Management Board of Latvenergo AS and the company`s shareholder the Ministry of Economics have held a meeting to discuss the further development of the company`s management. To increase the administrative and legal capacity of Latvenergo AS subsidiary Enerģijas publiskais tirgotājs AS, it is planned to appoint Arnis Kurgis, who currently is a member of the Management Board of Latvenergo AS, to the management of the Enerģijas publiskais tirgotājs AS. The Ministry of Economics plans to choose the new candidate of the Management Board of Latvenergo AS in order of nomination. These changes will be introduced after the appropriate candidate selection process.
