Cardtronics to Redeem Its 8.250% Senior Subordinated Notes Due 2018

HOUSTON, July 30, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Cardtronics, Inc. (Nasdaq:CATM), the world's largest retail ATM owner, announced today that it has called for redemption on September 1, 2014 all of its 8.250% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2018 (the "Notes") then outstanding at a redemption price of 104.125% of the principal amount of the Notes, plus accrued and unpaid interest to September 1, 2014. This press release does not constitute a notice of redemption of the Notes.
