Increased number of shares and votes in Fenix
During July 2014, the number of shares and votes in Fenix Outdoor International AG (”Fenix”) has increased as a result of a new issue of shares of series B. The total number of shares and votes in Fenix as of 31 July 2014 amounts to 34,469,185, consisting of 24,000,000 shares of series A and 10,469,185 shares of series B, which entitles the holder to one vote each.
As of 1 July 2014, the total number of shares and votes in Fenix amounted to 33,958,610, divided among 24,000,000 shares of series A and 9,958,610 shares of series B. This means that the total number of shares and votes during July 2014 has increased with 510,575 shares of series B and 510,575 votes.
