Due to the expiry of the term of office for the chairman of the board Mr. Jaano Vink on 31 July 2014 the council of Nordecon AS decided to prolong the term of office for Mr Jaano Vink until 31 July 2017.
With the aim to harmonise the terms of office of all management board members the council of Nordecon AS decided simultaneously to prolong the terms of office for Mr. Avo Ambur and Mr. Erkki Suurorg also until 31 July 2017.
The responsibilities of the chairman and the board members will remain the same.
Nordecon is a group of construction companies whose core business is construction project management and general contracting in the buildings and infrastructures segment.
