The event will include presentations by key executives:
- William J. Merritt, President and CEO, will provide an overview of the company's evolution and its efforts to drive shareholder value, and outline its future direction;
- Lawrence F. Shay, Executive Vice President, Intellectual Property, and Chief Intellectual Property Counsel, will provide an update and overview of InterDigital's core long-term research and IP licensing business, including the R&D being pursued by InterDigital Labs; and
- Scott A. McQuilkin, Senior Executive Vice President, Innovation, will provide an overview of the company's work to broaden the scope of its efforts beyond long-term research into new avenues of value creation.
