Frankfurt, July 31, 2014 - Ming Le Sports AG today informs that a new
auditor was appointed by court. The new auditor, TreuConsult GmbH
Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft, Berlin, will immediately commence the work
for the auditing of the annual results 2013.

The publication of the complete audited annual report 2013 of Ming Le
Sports AG is expected for mid of October 2014. The release of the interim
reports will be delayed accordingly. The new publication dates for the
annual report as well as for the interim reports of Ming Le Sports AG will
be announced soonest possible within the financial calendar on the
