Auriga confirms investigations regarding a potential sale transaction
Auriga Industries A/S has noticed certain rumors concerning potential ownership changes regarding the company or its subsidiary.
Referring to the company announcement of June 13, 2014, regarding the initiation of a review of strategic options, we can confirm that a process has been initiated to investigate a potential sale transaction.
Discussions with several parties regarding a potential transaction are currently underway, and Auriga has engaged advisors to assist in the process.
There can be no certainty about the outcome of the discussions, the type of transaction or whether a transaction will occur at all.
Auriga will make further announcements if and when it is deemed necessary or appropriate.
