Following the Order of Director of Communications Regulatory Authority of the Republic of Lithuania, TEO LT, AB (hereinafter – “TEO” or “the Company”) ceased to be recognized as undertaking having significant market power on the following markets:
- National transit services in fixed public telephone network;
- International transit services in fixed public telephone network.
According to the market analysis undertaken by the Communications Regulatory Authority, there are no characteristics that would justify application of the obligations (access, nondiscrimination, transparency, price control and separation of accounting) provided by the Article No. 17 of the Law on Electronic Communications of the Republic of Lithuania on the markets of National and International transit.
