Hotelogix Launches its Property Management System in French

Hotelogix announces the launch of its cloud based PMS in the French language and is glad to see early success in the Moroccan market, championed by their local partner Forleaders Solutions.

SAN JOSE, Calif., July 31, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- via PRWEB - Known globally for empowering small and mid-sized hotels with its user-friendly property management system, Hotelogix is taking a step forward by offering its PMS in the language of the hotelier's choice. Hotelogix PMS is already available in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Thai languages. The French PMS is the latest addition to its offerings that will meet the rising demand by hotels in the 29 French speaking countries of the world.

One of the hotels in Morocco who opted for Hotelogix's French PMS was earlier using Morocco's popular on-premise system but faced challenges like inability to manage room inventory distribution online and no remote access to data. The hotel owner realized the need for a modern cloud based solution. Hotelogix's integrated package of the French version PMS and the Distribution System now allows them to streamline operations, sell rooms to a higher number of online channels and generate more bookings. The integrated web booking engine helps them take a bigger part of bookings directly through their own website, thereby saving on hefty OTA commissions. Moroccan hotels are also assured of local support with Hotelogix's partner in Morocco, Forleaders Solutions.

Mr. Yassir Benjilali, Director General, Forleaders Solution says, "A large part of small and mid-sized hotels, serviced apartments, resorts and other hospitality businesses in Morocco are still working manually or using legacy systems. Switching to Hotelogix will allow them to get benefits of the growing internet distribution market at a fraction of a cost of a legacy PMS."

Mr. Aditya Sanghi, CEO and Founder of Hotelogix, says, "Hotels in Morocco have used Hotelogix for some years and we expect to see higher adoption of the new French interface in the coming years. The small and mid-sized hospitality segment contributes to more than 10% of the national income in the Moroccan tourism industry and a significant population of Morocco speaks French. Our French version PMS will empower properties in all the French speaking countries of the world to use the technology that is adapted by hotels worldwide."

Hotelogix has also extended its 15-day free trial of the PMS in French language so that hoteliers can experience and evaluate the suitability. Hotelogix is committed to giving a rich and in-depth trial experience to help hoteliers gauge the suitability of the solution and services for their business. This approach has led to hoteliers from 160+ countries try out Hotelogix's PMS.
