Further information regarding the new major shareholder of Agrokultura

The Board of Agrokultura has now established contact by mail with the new major
shareholder of the company. The communication so far has confirmed previous
information and added new information. In addition or correction to previous
releases from July 14th and July 21st 2014, Agrokultura has received information
that the buyer is Steenord Ltd and is incorporated in the British Virgin
Islands, and that it holds approximately 27.5% of the shares of Agrokultura.
The Board now intends to immediately establish direct communication with the new
major shareholder in order to get a view of his agenda, among other things
regarding nominations committee issues, and to explain the announced actions and
plans taken by the board. Further information will be published whenever
relevant regarding the direct communication.
