(Nasdaq:SMPL) announced today that on July 30, 2014 its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.09 per share on its common stock. The dividend will be paid on August 28, 2014 to the shareholders of record as of the close of business on August 15, 2014.
