National Interstate Corporation Announces Quarterly Dividend


RICHFIELD, Ohio, Aug. 1, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- National Interstate Corporation (Nasdaq:NATL) announced that on July 31, 2014, its Board of Directors approved a quarterly dividend of $0.12 per share. The cash dividend will be payable on September 4, 2014 to shareholders of record of the Company's common stock as of the close of business on August 21, 2014.
