Tupper has been appointed to its Board of Directors and the Board of Directors of the Bank of the Pacific, effective immediately. The appointment is for 2 years.

Tupper graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelors of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in marketing and human resources.
