SOTKAMO SILVER HAS COMPLETED THE ACQUISITION OF 427 HECTARES REAL PROPERTY AT SILVER MINE


Sotkamo Silver AB is pleased to announce that the wholly owned subsidiary
Sotkamo Silver Oy has completed the earlier agreed acquisition of 427 hectares
land at the Silver Mine area. The property was purchased from Oy UPM Kymmene Ab
and it is now fully paid. The authorities have confirmed that the deed is
registered.

"The legal confirmation and registration of the property for ownership is one
of needed milestones for the Silver Mine. We have now secured the ownership to
the earlier acquired land area. This allows us now to use the property as
