Juko Hakala appointed as Affecto's CEO

Affecto Plc's Board of directors has appointed Mr. Juko-Juho Hakala, 44, M.Sc.(Econ.), as the company's new CEO. Hakala will begin as the CEO as soon as possible, most likely in September. The current interim CEO Lars Wahlström will then return to his normal role as a board member.

Hakala has a long experience in IT services and management consulting. He has served in various management positions at Accenture since 1998. Currently he is managing director at Accenture Digital in the Nordic countries. Earlier he has been responsible for Accenture Technology Strategy and Accenture Infrastructure Outsourcing units in the Nordic countries, and has also built the Strategic IT unit in Finland.
