Session Details

A major global CIO survey commissioned by Compuware and administered by Vanson Bourne, showed that eight out of 10 CIOs believe there is a need to bridge silos so that IT can take a more unified approach to problem solving. Yet the reality is that most IT organizations still rely on manual processes with limited communication when relaying critical details about an application performance problem or exception. This can result in inefficient problem-solving, slower time-to-market and increased costs.

Session attendees will learn how unprecedented levels of integration between Compuware Mainframe Application Performance solutions and Compuware Developer Productivity solutions dramatically improve collaboration, so businesses can deliver applications faster. Specifically, they will see a demo detailing how Operations and QA teams can pinpoint the root cause of a performance problem and then send a "fix request" that automatically includes contextual insights of the problem. Once Development receives the fix request, they can begin to re-create, debug and ultimately fix the problem.
