Bacterin Announces Closing of Public Offering of Common Stock


BELGRADE, Mont., Aug. 6, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Bacterin International Holdings, Inc. (NYSE MKT:BONE), a leader in the development of bone graft material and coatings for medical applications, today announced the completion of its previously announced underwritten public offering of 1,143,000 shares of its common stock at $5.70 per share and warrants to purchase 571,500 shares of its common stock at an exercise price of $7.12 per share to the public. Net proceeds from the offering were approximately $5.8 million, after deducting underwriting discounts, commissions and other expenses.
