Kristin Lewis of Equifax Workforce Solutions Named a 2014 Game Changer by Workforce Magazine

Company's Director of Product Management, Workforce Analytics Recognized for Spearheading Development of New Solutions That Transform Key Workforce Processes

ST. LOUIS, Aug. 7, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Equifax Workforce Solutions, a leader in human resource, analytics and verification services, today announced that Kristin Lewis, the company's director of Product Management, Workforce Analytics, has been selected by Workforce magazine as a 2014 Game Changer.

Now in its fourth year, the Workforce Game Changers award competition is designed to recognize the next generation of workplace leaders, under the age of 40, who have made a significant impact on the HR function. Nominees were considered based on their professional accomplishments and personal achievements, and the winners were selected by the senior writers and editors of Workforce.

"As the leader of the Equifax Workforce Analytics product, Kristin is a central player in the future of all of HR," said John Sumser, CEO of HRExaminer. "As she navigates the evolving product landscape, she's discovering the metrics and ideas that will govern HR for the next generation."

In her role with Equifax Workforce Solutions, Lewis works to design and implement solutions that help organizations understand and manage their workforce needs more efficiently and effectively. Most notably, she led the innovation and development of the company's ACA Management Platform, a business intelligence and planning solution that helps employers navigate the complexities of the Affordable Care Act while avoiding compliance fines and risks. She also was instrumental in the creation of the company's Workforce Insights resource, which provides employers and the larger HR community with real-time access to important labor and employment trends.

Well regarded as an industry thought-leader in a variety of forums related to employer ACA compliance requirements and workforce analytics, Lewis continues to develop new solutions that will change the way employers interact with their workforces and market data. She also shares her unique insight as a contributor to numerous industry publications and is an in-demand speaker at conferences throughout the year.

"Kristin's contributions to our company have been immense, helping us create new products that facilitate key workforce processes," said Anir Pradhan, senior vice president of Marketing for Equifax Workforce Solutions. "Kristin's recognition as a Game Changer highlights the caliber of talent on our product team and our ability to develop innovative solutions that help employers contend with their greatest challenges and gain the insight to make smarter, better informed workforce decisions."

"Kristin's in-depth knowledge and expertise have been invaluable assets to Equifax Workforce Solutions as we produce the cutting-edge HR, analytics and data solutions that transform key workforce processes for our clients," said Mike Psenka, senior vice president of Workforce Analytics for Equifax Workforce Solutions. "Given her forward-looking vision and ability to lead product development from conception to fruition, it is no wonder she was selected as a Workforce Game Changer."

"It is quite an honor to be recognized as a 2014 Game Changer by Workforce magazine and to be highlighted for my contributions to the HR space," said Lewis. "As companies today contend with numerous changes and challenges, particularly those brought about by the ACA, our goal is to continue to develop new solutions that make the job of the HR professional easier.
