Houlihan Lokey Continues Expansion of Southern California Financial Advisory Services With New Hire

L. Gregory Manos Joins Los Angeles Office as a Director in Tax and Financial Reporting Valuation Services


LOS ANGELES, Aug. 7, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Houlihan Lokey, the international investment bank, today announced that L. Gregory Manos has joined the firm's Tax and Financial Reporting Valuation Services practice within Financial Advisory Services. He is based in Los Angeles.

Mr. Manos joins from Alvarez & Marsal's Los Angeles office, where he was a Senior Director in the Valuation Services Group, advising a range of clients on valuation matters. In this capacity, he oversaw a team of valuation professionals who focused on local Los Angeles clients as well as the national energy and power & utilities markets. Mr. Manos was also a founding member of that firm's Power & Utility Group and an active member of its overall energy practice. He has more than 15 years of experience in energy and power and utility industry valuation and has advised on some of the largest energy and power and utility transactions during that period. Prior to Alvarez & Marsal, Mr. Manos held a senior role at EY in the firm's Energy and Power and Utility Transaction Advisory Services practice, advising a broad range of companies on valuation and corporate finance matters.
