Nanometrics CFO to Resign for New Job Opportunity


MILPITAS, Calif., Aug. 7, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Nanometrics Incorporated (Nasdaq:NANO), a leading provider of advanced process control metrology and inspection systems, announced today that Ronald W. Kisling, chief financial officer, has advised the company of his resignation, effective August 29, 2014, in order to pursue a new job opportunity.

Upon Mr. Kisling's departure, Dr. Timothy J. Stultz, president and chief executive officer, will assume the role of principal financial and accounting officer until a new chief financial officer is appointed. Mr. Kisling will continue to direct the company's finance organization and assist in transition until his departure date.
