(OTCQB: SRER) a manufactured housing retail center owner and operator that operates its retail centers through its wholly-owned subsidiary Wisdom Homes Of America, Inc., announces that it has recently signed a lease in anticipation of opening its 4th manufactured retail center in Texas.
The 4th Wisdom Homes Of America retail center will be in Mount Pleasant, Texas, which is the largest city in Titus County in Northeast Texas. The Mount Pleasant retail center encompasses approximately 3 acres which can accommodate up to approximately 30 manufactured homes. In addition, utilities have been installed on the lot which accommodates electrical power in up to 13 model homes. The Mount Pleasant retail center will allow us to advertise and market to the Interstate Highway 30 (I-30) corridor from Dallas, TX to Little Rock, AR, and from Southeast Oklahoma through Western Louisiana. The Company will also utilize this facility for increased inventory storage needs for its Tyler, Texas retail center located approximately one hour from Mount Pleasant.
The Company announces the arrival of 13 new manufactured homes to its inventory with an additional 15 manufactured homes on order which are expected to begin arriving in early September.
