Kodiak Building Partners Acquires AO, Inc.


DENVER, Aug. 11, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Denver based Kodiak Building Partners announced today the purchase of substantially all the assets of AO, Inc., a Dallas based fabricator and distributor of doors, frames and hardware to commercial contractors for the office build-out market.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
