Foundation Healthcare Announces Hiring of New Chief Information Officer


OKLAHOMA CITY, Aug. 11, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Foundation Healthcare, Inc. (OTC Markets:FDNH), which focuses on the development and management of surgical hospitals and related ancillary services, announced today the appointment of Travis Crenshaw to the position Chief Information Officer.

Crenshaw was previously with United Surgical Partners International (USPI), a health care management service company that manages and has equity interest in 220 ambulatory surgical centers and 14 hospitals in 26 states.
