Financial Results

Net loss for the three month period ended June 30, 2014, was ($8.7) million or ($0.38) per share as compared to a net loss of ($7.2) million or ($0.38) per share for the same period in 2013. The increases in net loss for both the three and six month periods ended June 30, 2014 as compared to the same period in 2013 were primarily due to an increase in expenses related to the clinical development of Androxal®, an increase in costs of professional services and increased payroll and benefits expenses due to increased headcount.
