Tribona AB (publ) signs new 5 year lease agreement covering approximately 28 500 sq.m. in Copenhagen

Tribona has signed a new 5 year lease agreement covering approximately 28 500 sq.m. in the property Kornmarksvej 1 in Copenhagen.

The rental agreement starts 2015-01-01, provided that certain conditions are met, and continues to 2020-01-01. The agreement covers approximately 28 500 sq.m. The rental value is approximately SEK 48m.

”It is very pleasing that we before DSV leaves the property 1 October 2014 can rent out more than half of the property early. I am optimistic that we will also be able to fill the remaining area in the property in the near future since our property is ideal for companies that want to gather their operations in one place and the supply of properties in our size is very limited in the area” comments CEO Per Johansson.
