VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Aug. 11, 2014 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Greenflag Ventures Inc. (TSX-V:GFV) (Frankfurt Stock Exchange:DV1A) ("Greenflag" or the "Company") has appointed Kris Kottmeier to its Board of Directors.
Mr. Kottmeier has been involved in the structure, finance, management and investor relations for public companies since 1996. Kris has worked with a number of TSX and TSXV listed companies as director, officer and exterior consultant. Kris was a founding director Rockgate Capital Corp., recently acquired by Denison Mines Corp. in 2013, and was Head of Investor Relations for TSX- listed Minera Andes Inc. from 1997 until its management takeover in 2009.
