On 11 August 2014, Alecta pensionsförsäkring, ömsesidigt fell below the
thresholds of 3% and 5% of the voting rights of RHÃN-KLINIKUM AG,
Schlossplatz 1, 97616 Bad Neustadt a. d. Saale, Germany. On that date,
Alecta pensionsförsäkring, ömsesidigt held 2.89% of the voting rights in
RHÃN-KLINIKUM AG (equals 4,000,000 voting rights).
