Board of Directors to serve as the representative for the Small Responsible Organization ("RespOrg") category. RespOrg is the entity designated by customers to manage and administer their toll-free customer records in the Service Management System ("SMS").

In 2012, SMS/800, Inc. filed a proposal with the FCC to change its governance. HyperCube joined numerous others in the industry by filing in support of that SMS/800, Inc. effort to become a neutral administrator. The FCC granted key aspects of the proposal in 2013, setting in motion a process that led to this year's groundbreaking board election.
