Apetit Plc has received a notification from the Arbitral Tribunal that the Arbitral Award regarding the dispute concerning breaches of shareholder agreement between Apetit Plc and Nordic Sugar Oy is rendered to the Parties on Tuesday 19 August 2014, unless nothing unexpected will take place.
More information related to the dispute has been reported in the first quarter Interim Report published on 13 May 2014.
