KESKO CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 14.08.2014 AT 09.00 1(2) Kesko's sales in July 2014 Kesko Group's sales, excluding VAT, in July 2014 totalled €797.1 million, down 1.5%. In Kesko's food trade, sales in July were €375.1 million, an increase of 0.7% from the previous year. In the home and speciality goods trade, sales in July were €103.4 million, a decrease of 5.7%. The sales performance was especially impacted by the decline in the sales of the department store trade. Online stores recorded sales growth. In the building and home improvement trade, sales in July were €236.1 million, down 1.6%. In terms of local currencies, sales increased by 1.0%. Sales in Finland decreased by 3.4%. Sales abroad decreased by 0.4% in euros, but increased by 4.1% in local currencies. In the car and machinery trade, sales in July were €92.9 million, a decrease of 5.9%. VV-Auto's sales in July were €63.9 million, up 5.9%. Konekesko's sales in July were €29.0 million, a decrease of 24.3% from the previous year.
