Regarding suspension of dairy imports to the Russian market

On 6^th August 2014, the President of the Russian Federation enacted an import embargo on most of agricultural produce imported to Russia from the European Union, the United States, Australia, Canada and Norway. In the past months the sales of AB Vilkyškių pieninė to the Russian market made up to 20-25% of total sales. The import embargo will not have a threatening impact on the continuation of the company’s operations, but it will negatively influence the company’s financial results.
