Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on
adidas AG, Herzogenaurach, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of
the Voting Rights on August 4, 2014 and on that day amounted to 2.731%
(this corresponds to 5714818 Voting Rights).

Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German

that via shares their Voting Rights on adidas AG, Herzogenaurach, Germany,
have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 4, 2014
and on that day amounted to 2.731% (this corresponds to 5714818 Voting
Rights).
2.731% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 5714818 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
