1. On August 11, 2014, AXA Investment Managers S.A., Courbevoie, France,
has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Manz AG, Reutlingen, Germany, have fallen below
the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 7, 2014 and on that day
amounted to 2.91% (this corresponds to 143,543 Voting Rights).

2.91% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 143,543 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG (German Securities Trading Act).


2. On August 11, 2014, AXA  S.A., Paris, France, has informed us according
to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Manz AG, Reutlingen, Germany, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the
Voting Rights on August 4, 2014 and on that day amounted to 2.91% (this
corresponds to 143,543 Voting Rights).

2.91% of Voting Rights (this corresponds to 143,543 Voting Rights) are
attributed to the company in accordance with Article 22, Section 1,
Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with sentence 2 of the WpHG (German
Securities Trading Act).

On August 11, 2014, ETHENEA Independent Investors S.A., Munsbach,
Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on Manz AG, Reutlingen, Germany, have
exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on August 7, 2014 and on
that day amounted to 3.01% (this corresponds to 148,205 Voting Rights).
